Governing law and developer obligations
The ParokLand developer declares that all game rules and related services are subject to the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Features must be provided and used within applicable laws and licences. Nothing in this text permits prohibited activity or removes users’ legal rights.
Explicit content and conduct prohibitions
Creating, publishing, sending, reposting, advertising or encouraging social misconduct or vulgar or obscene content is prohibited. Insults, humiliation, hate speech or discrimination against ethnicities, races or social groups, and insults against sacred beliefs and religious or national values, are prohibited. Ethnic, racial, religious or similar discussions intended or likely to provoke tension, division, conflict or hostility are not allowed. These restrictions cover usernames, display names, images, text, chat, profiles and all content visible to others.
Protection of children and prohibition of personal information exchange
Sending or requesting telephone numbers, email addresses, home or school addresses, identity or bank information, passwords or verification codes, locations, document images, usernames, identifiers or links to social networks and messengers in public names, profiles or player communications is prohibited. This rule protects children and adolescents and applies even with the other person’s consent. Information requested in official private registration, verification, payment or support forms is subject to the privacy policy and restricted access and must not be shared publicly or in player chat.
Criminal content and legal requirements
All items in the list of criminal content under Article 749 of Iran’s Islamic Penal Code, including subsequent amendments and binding decisions, are prohibited in the game and related services. Any content, conduct, transaction, advertisement, instruction, link, tool or action contrary to current Iranian law is also prohibited, including violations of public morality, Islamic sanctities, public security and peace, public authorities and institutions, computer crime rules, personal rights and intellectual property, as well as gambling, betting, lotteries and unlawful financial activity. These examples do not limit the scope of legal prohibitions.
Profile images and avatars
Normally, only default avatars prepared and approved by the developer may be selected. If an authorized administrator enables personal image uploads, users must still follow every rule. Images with nudity, inappropriate clothing contrary to cultural norms, sexual or marital themes, immoral or insulting signs and symbols, criminal or violent acts, drugs, alcohol, political or religious figures, or writing, messages, numbers or identifiers that convey messages or enable contact are prohibited. If uploads are disabled or a violation is established, the platform may replace a personal image with an approved avatar while retaining access to official avatars.
Security, emergency and wartime conditions
In exceptional security, emergency or wartime conditions, decisions on necessary restrictions to services, communications, access or game activity rest with the security institutions and competent authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran within applicable law and binding orders. ParokLand implements notified restrictions within the scope of a valid order and, where legally possible, communicates service status through official channels.
Informed reading and acceptance
The complete terms are available when creating an account and before entering a game. To register and play, you must personally select the acceptance checkbox after reading. Merely visiting, signing in or continuing use does not replace explicit consent. If you disagree, registration or game entry does not proceed; reading the terms and contacting support remain available.
Account and security
Registration information must be accurate and belong to the account holder. Do not share passwords or SMS codes. Avoid impersonation, unauthorized use of another person’s account or bypassing account restrictions. Report suspicious use or unauthorized access through support. Observe each game’s stated age limits and requirements for users below the legal age.
Fair play and game-specific rules
Read the chess, backgammon and mafia scenario rules and the conditions of each competition before participating. Cheating, collusion, result manipulation, exploiting software errors, deliberate disruption and unauthorized assistance in competition with other users are prohibited. Bot practice is subject to that mode’s features. For result objections, send support the game identifier and event time.
Online text and voice interactions
Wherever free text is enabled, respect for others, personal rights and Iranian law is required. Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, vulgar or obscene content, promotion of unlawful activity, fraud and spam are prohibited. Messages may be checked automatically on the server before delivery, and authorized administrators review reported cases. Open voice communication between players is not enabled in the current service; future activation requires appropriate announced rules and controls.
Privacy and safe communication
Do not share personal information or outside contact methods in chat, usernames or profiles. Automated controls enforce restrictions on telephone numbers, emails and social network identifiers; evading them is a violation. Processing of information supplied in official forms is explained in the privacy policy. Processing that requires separate consent must be disclosed and agreed to separately.
Reporting and reviewing violations
Report violations or harassment through a support ticket with the game identifier, time and verifiable explanation. Do not repost harmful content or private information. Reviews consider evidence, applicable law and both parties’ rights. Violations or security or legal necessity may lead to feature restrictions or account suspension; review requests can be followed up through support.
Competitions, subscriptions and finances
Before acting, review each competition, subscription or service’s specific terms, including cost, duration, cancellation and error handling. Wallets and prize labels do not authorize gambling, betting or unlawful financial agreements between users and do not guarantee income; these activities are prohibited. Pay only through official channels. Follow up financial objections through support using the transaction identifier; accepting these terms does not waive legal rights.
Content rights and permitted use
Submit only content you have the right or permission to use. Infringing creators’ rights, disclosing confidential data, unsolicited advertising and unlawful use of platform features are prohibited. This clause does not remove the developer’s duties to handle reports or comply with the law.
Disruptions and support
Network disruption, maintenance or technical errors may interrupt games. Retain the game identifier, time and error description and inform support. Outcomes and requests for correction or compensation are reviewed using verifiable records, disclosed terms and applicable law. This clause is not a blanket exclusion of developer liability.
Versions and ongoing access
These terms remain accessible from the main menu and the in-game menu. Version, text and acceptance time are recorded as evidence of explicit consent. When the text changes, a new acceptance is required before the next game; earlier consent does not apply to the new version. Changes must not infringe users’ acquired legal rights.
Contact and dispute resolution
For terms questions, violation reports or objections, use support tickets or info@parokland.ir. Following up through support does not prevent recourse to competent legal authorities in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
